If something’s on your mind, we want to know about it. The Board firmly believes that the quickest way to fix a problem is by talking it out directly with the people who can make a difference.
To help us get things sorted out as fast as possible, we suggest a few simple steps:

Start with the person closest to the issue: We encourage students and parents to reach out directly to the teacher, principal, or campus/district administrator who has the authority to handle your specific concern.

Don't wait to speak up: Please let us know what's going on as soon as possible.

The goal is a quick fix: Sharing your concerns early gives us the best chance to team up and find a smooth resolution at the most direct level.
What if an informal chat doesn't solve it?
While we always hope to sort things out through an open conversation, we know that isn't always possible. If you aren't able to reach a resolution informally, you can move forward with a formal process.
